Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 lb sweet rice flour
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 cups milk (fresh or evaporated)
5 whole eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup coconut flakes
Cooking Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients in a greased 13 x 9 pan or you may distribute them
